Definitions

The Hunt: A collection of events where registered participants are provided with indications to find The Hunt Emblem and win a prize.

The Hunt Emblem: A unique wooden disc bearing The Hunt logo.

Event: An event is one specific occurrence of The Hunt.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Hunt is open to adults aged 18 years or older.

2. The first registered participant to make physical contact with The Hunt Emblem shall be considered the winner of an event if he/she satisfies the following conditions:

a.       is duly registered for the event. A participant is considered to be registered if he/she has made a payment for the event under his/her name.

b.       presents an acceptable photo identification document. 

c.       meets all the terms and conditions of The Hunt.

3. In case the participant having collected The Hunt Emblem is unable to satisfy the conditions listed above, the event shall be voided and rescheduled, and no prize shall be handed out. The participants registered for the voided event shall be automatically registered for the rescheduled event.

4. An event lasts one hour and thirty minutes. If there is no winner after one hour and thirty minutes, The Hunt Emblem will be collected by The Hunt organizers and the prize will be carried over to the following event. 

5. In case of dispute, the determination of the official winner of an event shall be at the sole discretion of The Hunt organizers. No claims shall be entertained after the official winner of an event has been announced by The Hunt organizers.

6. By registering for an event, a participant agrees to have his/her image used for promotional purposes by The Hunt organizers.
